I am a prize and award winning photographer living in the beautiful county of Yorkshire in the North of England. All photographs on this site have been taken by me.

I invite you to have a wander round my shop without ever getting your feet wet or battling the high street crowds. Not only that but everything you see on my website is unique, I do not sell anything via the high street.

So you want to know something about me? Well, let me introduce myself - I'm Sue Leonard and I'm an International prize winning photographer and a Licentiate member of the very prestigious Royal Photographic Society - LRPS. I live in the beautiful county of Yorkshire in the North of England.

I’d like to share 'my world through the lens of a camera' with you. A quick look round my galleries will show that subjects and places of interest to me are quite diverse; from the USA to Russia, from the UK to Iceland, from Austria to Alaska - all photographs on this site have been taken by me.

Apart from being out in the field actually making photographs (not taking - that's a snapshot), I love sitting at my computer for the post-processing activity. In fact, I can't make up my mind which part I enjoy the most.

Over the years I have learned a lot about making and editing photographs and I love to pass on my knowledge to others. I am not affiliated to any company - everything I have has been bought by me - so I have no allegiance to anyone but myself when it comes to my work. This being the case, if I come across a product or website that I particularly like, I'll put a link on here. I won't be getting any payment or recognition or anything like that from this, just the satisfaction that I might help someone.

I intend to write material for this blog on a fairly regular basis or at least put links to others’ work if I come across it and have learned something from them. No point in re-inventing the wheel!

So for now, happy clicking!
